To capitalize on the excitement surrounding the Tour de France Grand Départ in Düsseldorf, we introduced an innovative retail concept, a temporary Pop-Up Store. It was located in the heart of Düsseldorf and aimed to increase Brand visibility and gather valuable insights.
The Pop-Up Store hosted product launches, customer and dealer events, and press events.
The store opened with an E-bike launch and then was transformed after a month, at the end of June, shifting the focus to racing and presenting a new road bike.
This dynamic approach allowed us to adapt and create different customer experiences throughout the store, emphasizing urban cycling initially and then transitioning to the excitement of professional racing with low investment and total flexibility.
